Pour que votre prochaine participation au Festival international du livre mangeable soit annoncée sur ce site officiel, il suffit d’enregistrer votre événement sur le formulaire ci-contre.
Dépôt des photos sur le site officiel
Les individus et les organisations qui ont tenu un événement sont invités à nous expédier par courriel (livremangeable@diffusionadage.com) l’adresse de leur site Internet afin que nous ajoutions le lien sur le site officiel du festival. Ils sont également priés de joindre des photos de leur événement afin que nous puissions en sélectionner quelques-unes pour le site Internet général du Festival international du livre mangeable.
Banque de photos de livres mangeables
L’organisation officielle du Festival international du livre mangeable est intéressée à recevoir des photos de tous les livres mangeables réalisés dans le monde. Il s’agira idéalement de photos de qualité impression (600 ou 300 dpi). La légende doit indiquer le plus d’informations possible, et à tout le moins le nom du créateur et les références (contact, ville, année) du festival concerné. Les photos peuvent être expédiées sur cédérom (sinon imprimées) à l’adresse suivante : Adage, 12306 boul. O’Brien, Montréal, Québec, Canada H4J 1Z4.
Les photos expédiées à l’organisation du Festival international du livre mangeable peuvent être montrées sur le site Internet du festival, utilisées pour la promotion de l’événement international et dans toute publication ou autre mode de diffusion bénéficiant à l’événement (la gestion des revenus et dépenses du festival est confiée à Diffusion Adage inc, un organisme sans but lucratif dont le siège social est à Montréal).
Toutes les photos utilisées seront accompagnées d’une légende identifiant l’individu et/ou l’organisation qui l’aura transmise, du titre de l’œuvre et du nom du photographe (si ces informations nous ont été transmises).

To have your upcoming participation in the International Edible Book Festival announced on this official site, you must register your event using the form opposite.
Registration of photos on the official site
Individuals and organizations who held an event are invited to e-mail us (books2eat@diffusionadage.com) the address of their Internet site so that we can add the link to the festival’s official site. They are also asked to enclose photos of their event so that we can select a few for the general Internet site of the International Edible Book Festival.
Edible books photo bank
The official organization of the International Edible Book Festival is interested in receiving photos of all edible books made throughout the world. Ideally, photos should be of print quality (600 or 300 dpi). The legend should include as much information as possible and, at the very least, the name of the designer as well as references (contact, city, year) for the festival concerned. Photos can be sent on a CD-ROM medium (prints are also accepted) to the following address: Adage, 12306 boul. O’Brien, Montréal, Québec, Canada H4J 1Z4.
The photos sent to the International Edible Book Festival organization can be displayed on the festival’s Internet site, used to promote the international event and appear in any publication or other dissemination mode beneficial to the event (the festival’s revenue and expenditure management has been entrusted to Diffusion Adage inc, a non-profit organization with its head office in Montreal).
All photos used will be displayed with a legend identifying the individual and/or organization sending them, the title of the work and the name of the photographer (if we received this information).

We host your photos!
Individuals and organizations who held an event can use the festival’s Webmaster to program and host their information: their event’s home page, photos, legends, etc. Prices including hosting for the festival’s Webmaster: 50$ CAD per annual event for a personalized home page inlcuding 10 photos and detailed legends; + 2$ CAD per extra photo.
Optional: to display sponsors’ logos on the festival’s official site, with a link to their Internet site: 10$ CAD each.

Nous hébergeons vos photos!
Les individus et les organisations qui ont tenu un événement peuvent avoir recours au Webmestre du festival pour programmer et héberger leurs informations : page d’accueil de leur événement, photos, légendes, etc.
Tarification incluant l’hébergement pour les services du Webmestre du festival : 50$ CAD par événement annuel pour une page d’accueil personnalisée et un maximum de 10 photos incluant les légendes; + 2$ CAD par photo supplémentaire.
Facultatif : affichage sur le site officiel du festival de logos de commanditaires, avec un lien vers leurs sites Internet : 10$ CAD chacun.
